"Home away from home for your furkids
They have a big garden where your furkids can roam and run. Furkids stay indoor most of the time, clean and homey environment. It was the first time I had to leave my 8 mth old naughty bull terrier (and 2nd time for my very emo female) at boarding and I was very worry. I was very glad my 2 furkids had a good time there, played with their 2 dogs and were treated like their own. I got photo and video updates of them via Whatsapp too. Definitely will come back for future boarding"

"I've never felt so comfortable with sending my dog away to be boarded as i did with Peggy. My dog is not very comfortable with most stranger dogs, but with patience and love, she blended in so well with the others at L&B's. I'm just so relieved that my dog has a good place to have fun at, while waiting for me to get back and not feel too anxious about being away from me. And receiving photo updates on my dog really helps to reassure me that i don't have to worry about the fur kid. Peggy really takes care of her lot very well. No more dealing with smelly odours that would usually come with the pet store boarding cages. This place is superb!"​

"Finally.... I decided to leave my job aside to pen down few thoughts & my experience with Lola & Bailey Pet Boarding today.
I was searching for a good boarding/Foster home for my rescue dog while looking for an adopter for months. She is a gorgeous 6 month old baby girl (black beauty) and its so sad that I'm unable to keep her in my condo. Sent her to few boarding places with huge amount money hoping that she will be better off there than being on the street.
Unfortunately, it didnt work & I was wrong! It was more stressful and frustrating experience for the puppy and me. I was really sad to seeing her being kept in a small cage in a room with 30-40 other dogs. It was like a paid prison for the pets. I could not stand the stress in there for even 5 minutes and I dont know how much of a mental stress these dogs will go through every time their owners send them for boarding....worst still she was losing weight despite me providing them food to feed her..... :( ! I had sleepless night thinking of her future.......... and I always belief everything happen for a reason and perhaps GOD has a better plan for us! So true that GOD had a better plan for us & send me a messenger,Elaine Tan :) who introduced Lola & Bailey Pet Boarding to me.....
The first day I arrived at their home, all I felt was love and passion! This beautiful family found their inner peace and meaning of life in devoting their life to the fur kids....! I was quite amazed to see their well mannered 2 adorable fur kids! At the same time, I had some reservation to leave my puppy there because she was not well trained by the previous foster home and boarding & worried that they may reject her. First few days were tough but they managed it so well and to my surprise, when I visited her few days later.....Becky was so different. She was so well trained and I couldn't belief the changes I saw in her. She looked so happy and I could feel & see the happiness in her eye..... especially when there is no more CAGE for her.......!
She had some infection on her wound too which they took real good care of & She is in good health now, she is being taught how to behave, She gets some good exercise to build her strength, She goes to park for some nice fresh air every weekend.... she goes out for dining once a while..... and most importantly, she got so much of fun time with her friends and so much LOVE from Granny, Peggy, Alan and Jason.
As I always tell you guys, no matter where she goes & how her future is.... this moment that she is spending with you guys will be the greatest moment in her life! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help and support. As long as there is love...nothing will let you down. We would like to see you guys expanding your service and all the best guys. Keep up your great job and god bless you always! I know its a long and emotional msg.... but its a very meaningful one for and on behalf of Becky the Beauty! "
