We reserve the right to refuse bookings for any of the following reasons:

1.1 Dog shows aggression or antisocial behaviour during Introduction Meeting.

1.2 Inappropriate provision made for animal health and safety while owner is away.

1.3 If payment has not been received in full at time of expected first visit.

1.4 If Our Team feels unsafe or threatened in anyway at the premise.

1.5 If Client does not agree to and sign our Contract.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated. Your dogs will be examined upon entering our house. If fleas or ticks are identified, your dog will receive an automatic flea/tick bath at your expense and an automatic surcharge of RM50 per dog. If the ticks has infected other dogs in the house, we will need to send all dogs to the groomer to clear the ticks and also fog the house all at your expense.

We are unable to accept females on heat. Prevention is better than cure. However, you may consider our home visit service. If your dog happen to be on heat during her stay, an additional RM25 will be charged per day.

Boarding rates are on a daily basis and are charged from first night of stay. There is no charge for the final day if your pet is collected before 7PM. One night rate will be charged if your pet is collected after 8PM.

We realize that plans do change, and wish to accommodate all of our customer's needs. However, cancellations affect us greatly. The cancellation policy is more stringent during holiday periods because we typically have to turn away potential customers during this time.

             

We would prefer you to bring your dog over for a temperament test before boarding with us. It is important for us to determine how well your dog can get along with others, to keep safe the well being of your dog as well as our regular boarders.

Extension of stay should be informed at least 1 day prior to the reserved Check-Out date. Ownership of  your dog will be transferred to us if you do not show up 5 days after the reserved Check-Out date.

We can collect and deliver your Pet from your house if specifically requested at the time of booking, subjected to availability. An additional charge will be levied, the price dependant on location. If a wasted journey has been made due to your late return from holiday, we reserve the right to levy an additional charge. 

The most important thing to bring is enough dog food for the entire trip. We feed our dogs pre-packed barf from Coco & Joe. If you would like us to feed your dog barf too, we will charge accordingly based on the amount of packs consumed during the stay. You may bring home if there are leftover when you check out. Most dogs do not eat their kibbles on the 1st and 2nd day of boarding. It's advisable to bring some of your dog's favourite food for us to mix to your dog's food. If your dog has been trained to use the wee wee pad, we would recommend you to bring your own. Otherwise, we charge RM5 per piece.

We will use all care to ensure the happiness, safety and welfare of your dog’s. If however your dog becomes unwell or has an accident during his board we will take him to a vet. You agree to be responsible for payment of veterinary fees incurred upon your return. In the event of serious illness and the owner cannot be contacted the veterinary surgeons decision will be final.

All customers will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Balance of 50% is required upon Check-In. Please make your bookings early to avoid disappointment as we are able to only take in          maximum of 8 dogs at any one time. This limitation is place for the comfort and well being of your dog and other dogs. We prefer cash payment and you could choose to perform an online transfer or Cash Deposit.
